It will be really distressing when he ejaculate so soon
before she get to the orgasm. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common
sex problems in men. In most of the cases, it is not your penis health that
matters but your brain and mind.
Anxiety,
fear and lack of self control are the common causes for early ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation can disturb your relationship with your partner. Some man
starts their sex with the thought of previous early ejaculation experience that
will again cause PE.
Do we have a way out from Premature Ejaculation?
Yes! We do have some. Be confidant. Mistakes happen to everyone.
It really doesn’t matter you were having PE in your sexes. There are some easy
techniques to stop it. Let’s talk about those techniques right?
Stop and start technique:-
This is most commonly practiced technique in PE. You need to
communicate with your partner about the acts that you are going to do.
Stop moving your penis or take it out from vagina just before
you are about to ejaculate. Don’t wait till ‘no-return’ point as you cannot
hold ejaculation. Wait for like 30 minutes till the feeling goes away. And then
again start with penetration. You can do some other plays -like patting
clitoris- with your partner to get continuation.
Do this
technique until you want to ejaculate. Practicing this for a couple of months
can make considerable changes in your timing.
Squeeze technique:-
Squeeze your neck of the penis so firmly before your get the
feeling of ejaculation. Hold it squeezing till the feeling goes off. You may
have to squeeze it for 30 seconds. You will lose your erection but you can gain
it back by stimulation. Your partner’s cooperation is needed for this.
You can
repeat it 2 to 3 times or till you want to ejaculate.
In some
sensitive ladies, this act feels like cruel.
Practicing
it for several months can permanently cure early ejaculation.
Masturbate before intercourse:-
If your aim is to satisfy your partner and get a pretty long
time on sex, you can masturbate before 1 or 2 hours of sex. Unfortunately this may decrease men’s sexual
desire.
You can have
sex in 2 times at night preferably second one in the morning. This can help you
to have more time on sex.
Exercise those muscles:-
Yes we can exercise the muscles (pubococcygeal
(PC) muscles) that participate in ejaculation-called as Kegal exercises'.
Kegal exercise are good for women also.
It strengthens pelvic muscles.
It is easy to do. Most common way is by stopping or holding
the urine in the mid way of urination. The muscle that works that time is the
muscle that we are talking about.
Try to
stop or slow down the flow of urine while urination.
Don’t
tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your
breath.
When
you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these
muscles.
Practice tightening them for the count of 5 seconds, then
releasing them. Alternate in this way 20 times twice a day and work up to 70
repetitions twice a day. It will take a few weeks, but you'll soon notice a
wonderful difference.
Use a thick condom:-
A thick
condom can make the penis less sensitive. It can help you to last longer than
without a condom.

Have much time on your foreplay with your partner. You can
spend your fingers on her sensitive parts patting and massaging them.
Crack some
jocks and laugh loud. Foreplays make your relations thicker and healthier.
Use your
lips on everywhere so slowly. These type of extracurricular activities can
prevent your PE for an extent.
It is all ‘love
and attachment’ that matters. Talk to each other, stay loved.
